在Python数据流/Apache Beam上启动CloudSQL代理

在从sthomp阅读Github上的这个问题和Stackoverflo上的这个讨论后,我在run()中添加了最后一行作为单独的subprocess. Popen()。我还尝试使用subprocess.Popen的一些参数。

brodin提到的另一个解决方案是允许从每个IP地址访问,并通过用户名和密码进行连接。在我看来,他并没有声称这是最佳实践。
